Four individuals were taken into custody following a drug-related inquiry conducted by the Newport Police. The operation concluded after a search warrant was carried out on Tuesday in Newport.
The arrested individuals include Matthew Prue, 46, Jennifer Sanville, 40, Stanley Crowe, 52, and Trinia Stetson, 47. Authorities reported that a significant quantity of cocaine mixed with fentanyl, as well as several thousand dollars in cash, was confiscated during the operation.
In addition to the recent charges, it was noted that Prue, Sanville, and Crowe are also implicated in ongoing investigations unrelated to this case. The four suspects are slated to appear in court for a hearing on Wednesday afternoon.
