Vermont Air Guard to Send F-35s Over Communities for July Fourth

In Vermont, the aircraft are set to appear between 11 a.m. and noon.

Residents across Vermont and Northern New York should expect to see and hear F-35s overhead on Saturday as the Vermont Air National Guard marks the Fourth of July and America’s 250th anniversary with a series of flyovers.

In Vermont, the aircraft are set to appear between 11 a.m. and noon. Planned passes include Randolph, Warren, Colchester, Milton, Jeffersonville, Morristown, Cabot, Fairlee, Hartford, Quechee, Plymouth, Brattleboro, Whitingham and Bennington.

The schedule also extends into New York, where flyovers are planned from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Communities on the route include Essex, White Lake, Brant Lake and Plattsburgh.
